Chicharong Bulaklak refers to crispy , deep-fried intestines of pigs. Chicharon usually refers to crispy rinds of pib, but this time it is the intestinal part of the pig that is used whichh when fried turned into a flower (Bulaklak in Tagalog) . Chicharong Bulaklak is also known as Chilak, a combination of the 2 words CHIcharon and BulakLAK.
