Feldsalat is a German word for Lamb's lettuce, an annual plant with small obovate leaves (Valerianella locusta), often used as a salad. It is also known as lamb lettuce or corn salad. Corn salad is extensively grown in Europe as a salad vegetable. Leaves are used both as raw salad and as pot herbs.

Feldsalat is also known in other parts of Germany and in Austria as Vogerlsalat.
