Krémes refers to one of Hungarian desserts which is made of light vanilla cream filled between two (2) layers of crunchy puff pastries.
Krémes which is pronounced "krame-esh" is also a Hungarian word for "Creamy", one of the many Hungarian desserts. It has no whipped cream in the center and the top is sprinkled/dusted with sugar
