Leinsamen
Leinsamen is the German word for "flaxseed", "flax seed" or "linseed". Leinsamen is one of the world's healthiest food.
Leinsamen can be added to hot or cold cereals; sprinkled into cooked vegetables for a nuttier flavor; and can be also be and ingredient when making bread, cookies and muffins, among many other uses.
Leinsamen are an excellent source of omega-3 essential fatty acids, a very good source of dietary fiber and manganese and many other nutritional benefits.
