Mechoui refers to a Moroccan specialty food. A spit-roasted whole lamb or sheep rubbed with a paste of paprika and cumin, ground coriander seeds and garlic cloves over the lamb which is then slowly cook or roasted for about three (3) hours. This dish is usually eaten with the fingers while still hot and are dipped into a salt and cumin mixture and mostly eaten with a Moroccan bread.
