Nasi Uduk refers to Indonesia dish made of rice cooked in coconut milk and spices.

Nasi Uduk from Jogjakatar, Java in Indonesia is usually cooked with jack fruit flesh, called Nangkar and a very popular dish around there.  

Nasi Uduk is known as Nasi Lemak in Malaysia and Singapore.
