Pastinakpüree is the German word for mashed or pureed parsnip or pastinake. Pastinakpüree is a good alternative to mashed potatoes or Kartoffelpüree which is one of the popular foods in Germany. Pastinakpüree is made the same way and served the same way as Kartoffelpüree.
