Kolac
Kolac refers to small cake made of white flour with an indentation on the surface for a filling of poppy seeds, plum jam, or sweetened farmer cheese ; a round flat yeast bun with a dimpled hollow that is filled with jams, usually Povidla.
Kolac is the singular form of Kolace/Koláce, a popular sweet from Czech Republic.
