Tomato kadi refers to a West Indian dish of luscious red curry made with fresh organic tomatoes with fingers of potatoes, okra , zucchini and peas. It can be serve with plain boiled rice. Serve it in a soup bowl with a small helping on rice on the bottom and douse with plenty of this dish, almost like in a pasta in soup. This can be enjoyed by people who like and enjoys soups, particulary, tomato soup.

This tomato curry can be serve over rice or pasta, or as a soup course with buttery croutons or crusty white bread and cheese on the side.
