A la hongroise
A la hongroise is a French term which means "prepared in the Hungarian way" or "in the style of Hungary". This usually indicates the presence of paprika and tomatoes in a dish. This refers to dishes that are always cooked in a cream sauce seasoned with paprika. Eggs, fish, and other kinds of meat products, poultry, can also be prepared a la hongroise.
