Bistek is a Filipino version of beef steak or stir fried steak

Bistek refers to Philippines version of Beefsteak made usually of soft meat of pork and beef marinated in Kalamansi juice and soy sauce then fried with a bit of oil and lots of onions cut in circles. Liver of pig (Atay ng Baboy) can also be made into a Bistek.
