Gaziler Helvasi refers to a variety/kind of Halva made from semolina or flour, butter or margarine, almonds and crystal sugar. In Turkey there are diffrent kinds of Helvah or desserts made from semolina or flour; among them are: Irmik Helvasi, Un Helvasi, and Nisasta Helvasi.
