Geheirade refers to a German dish, specifically one of the specialties or traditional foods from the State of Saarland which is made with flour dumplings (Mehlklöse) and potatoes (Kartoffeln) or in part sometimes with Hoorische in white cream bacon sauce )(cream sauce with strips of bacon) (heller Specksoße).

Geheirade is also called Verheiratete literally means "married" and is made by combining flour dumplings and potatoes with bacon sauce (Specksooß) or sometimes also with Apple sauce (Abbelmus or Apfelmus).
