Nevzine
Nevzine refer to Turkish baked pudding with molasses.
Nevzine is most famous dessert of Kayseri, Turkey. It is made of sesame puree, molasses, walnut and butter which is mixed and kneaded until they becomes a dough. Then this dough is baked and made wet with syrup. Nevzine is best when served with clotted milk cream.
Nevzine is hard to find in regular patisseries, but in Kayseri where it is popular, it is available.
