Pici refers to a fat and round but irregular spaghetti-like pasta, but much thicker and more rustic. It is a Tuscan handrolled egg spaghetti which works good with an aromatic garlic sauce, ragu, or tomato sauce. It is one of the food not to be missed when in Tuscany.

Pici is pronounced "pee-cee"
