Bocconcini
Bocconcini is the Italian term for bite-sized morsels, as in stews or fried tidbits of meat or cheese. The term applies to small rounds of fresh mozzarella, and even veal rolled with prosciutto and cheese. Also, it refers to "little balls" of fresh Mozzarella.
