Maialetto Allo spiedo (Proceddu) is referring to one of the specialties of Sulcis, one of the 7 Regions of Sardinia which is actually a suckling pig that is roasted on a spit, usually in the open air. It is served with myrtle leaves and is also delicious when served cold.
