Charque de Llama refers to dried llama meat, fried, served with stewed corn, hard cooked eggs and cheese.

Charque de Llama also known as Charque is similar to Jerky. Llama is one of the common meats available in Altiplano, the other one is mutton. Llama meat is lean and tasty and often eaten in a dried-form.
