Keskül or Keskul refers to a Turkish milk pudding made from coconuts; a milk and almond pudding. Keskül is one of the top milk puddings in Turkey which is cooked with crushed almonds and rice flour. It is considered that Keskül has originated from Mersin, but nowadays, it is very easy to find it all around Turkey. Milk desserts or milk puddings like Keskül occupy a very important place in Turkish cuisine, hence there are many types of milk puddings which are mostly totally different in taste because of the ingredients on it, but sometimes very similar in shape.
