Lamb Noisette
Lamb Noisette refers to a fabricated cut of lamb from the most tender part of the loin; a small, round, or oval slice of lamb which is cut from the leg, rib, or fillet. It is cut to provide an individual portion.
Noisette is pronounce "nwah-zeht".
