Puff-Puff / Puff Puff
Puff-Puff are Nigerian traditional round doughnuts made by combining flour, yeast, butter, eggyolk, vanilla flavoring, etc. to make a dought. This dough is then formed into a regular- sized circular or puff form by scooping it into the hollow of your fingers and fry in hot oil on moderate heat.
Puff-Puff are serve as hot or cold snack, sometimes dipped in sugar.
