Poulet Moambe is a term which means Chicken in Moambe sauce. This dish is very popular throughout Congo River area and is regarded as the national dish of Gabon. It is also known as Poulet a la moambe or Poulet nyembwe and it can also be cooked not only with chicken, but also of other meat.
