Achari gosht refers to the blend of marinated boneless pieces of lamb cooked in a tantalizing pickled masala garnished with whole green chillies and fresh coriander. It is usually marinated with aniseed, fenugreek, seed, and mustard seeds and cooked with a dash of mustard oil. It is mouth watering non-vegetarian preparation from Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh.
