- Börek çi / Borekci :

 

Börekçi refers to Turkey's small pastry shop with only few  of chairs and tables which offers Borek and cold and hot beverages and drinks like tea and coffee.

Most of these Borekci are also selling Pide, a Pita-like baked dough with the same fillings like that of Börek.
