Colcannon

Colcannon refers to one of Irish favorite and staple dishes which is a combination of two (2) staple foods - potato and cabbage. It is a filling starchy dish made from mashed potatoes, shredded cabbage and onions. Other ingredients can also be added, like milk, cream, leeks, chives or garlic
