Lemon-Vinegar Water is simply water to which lemon juice or vinegar has been added used to prevent discoloration or darkening of foods, such as apples or artichokes. Lemon-Vinegar Water is made by adding 1/2 to 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar for each quart of water.
