Moreton Bay Bug is a type of lobster which are slightly more triangular than the Balmain bug, which eyes are placed right out on the margin of the carapace. Moreton Bay Bugs are slightly superior in flavor and little larger in size than Balmain Bugs. Like Balmain Bugs, they are also available commercially in Australia
