Masi
Masi refers to a mass of fermented breadfuit. Quantities of breadfruits are sometimes buried in the ground and are eaten when fermented. This fermented mass is utilised when there is a shortage of food. Masi has an objectionable smell that can be likened to some brands of cheese.
