Tonyina al Eivissenca refers to a particularly Ibizan Tuna dish. Tuna fish is served in a sauce made of pine nuts, eggs and white wine.

In Ibiza, other worthwhile fish dishes are made with Salmonete(red mullet), Mero (grouper), and Mejillones (mussels).
