Alu mutter refers to a a tasty Indian dish made from potatoes and peas. It is a Blend of green peas, potato, onion, ghee, cashew nuts, salt, poppy seeds, refined vegetable oil, green chilli, coriander powder, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, chilli powder, turmeric, cumin, dehydrated fenugreek leaves and other spices. It goes well with rice or chappatis.
