Barbaguian also known as Barba-Juan refers to Monaco's fried dumplings. Barbaguian literally means "Uncle Jean" in Monaco and they are called by different names depending on the type of fillings used. They are also known as "Borsoutou" and are usually made in the mountains beyond Monaco and Nice. The usual fillings which are used to make these dumplings are swiss chard, and pumpkin. Wonton wrappers or fresh lasagna sheets are used to hold the fillings. This dish can be served as an appetizer or a main course when a light meal is served.

It is also sometimes called Fried Ravioli in Monaco.
