Pyeongyang Naengmyeon refers to the North Korean style noodles which is now famous throughout entire Korea and can be found in almost nook and crannies of the entire country. Pyeongyang Naengmyeon or Mul Naengmyeon is served with chilled broth Naengmyeong dishes are often garnished with sliced beef, a boiled egg, cucumbers, and pears.
