Adidas

Adidas is the Philippines term for chicken feet which are marinated and grilled. It is one of the street foods sold in almost all street food stalls in the Philippines. A dish which is called simply "Chicken Feet" is cooked adobo style until the skin are soft and melts in the mouth. Mostly offered as part of "dimsum" cart in most Chinese restaurants.

Alize Pâcaude

Alize Pâcaude refers to Easter cake from the department of Vendée, in the Pays-de-la-Loire region in west-central France, on the Atlantic Ocean. This Easter cake is made from bread dough flavored with orange-flower/blosson water and enriched with butter, eggs and sugar. This is traditionally baked on Holy saturday during Easter and usually weigh up to 2 kilograms. The rising of the dough stopped after 2 hours.

Ammikallu

Ammikallu (Ammi Kallu) is a Malayalam term that refers to traditional kitchen tool used in India to ground spices. It is a stone grinder used in Kerala, India to grind spices extensively used for cooking foods. It is a flat, rectangular-shaped stone with cylindrical stone pestle.

It is not like an ordinary mortar and pestle where foods (spices/foods) are pounded. In Ammikallu , the spices and foods are put on top or the surface of the flat stone then grounded using the pestle until they turned into a thick paste.
