Ayam Benet
Ayam Benet literally means "smashed chicken" is actually referring to one of the most famous dishes in the sultanate of Brunei which consists of a soup then a bowl of rice and some vegetables along with a quarter or a half of a chicken seasoned with lot of herbs and spices to add a very nice flavor to it. It comes out spicy and crunchy.
