Minatamis is the Filipino culinary term that refers to foods (fruits, nuts, etc) which are candied or sweetened, as in Minatamis na Saging (sweetened banana), Minatamis na Kamote (sweetened sweet potato), Minatamis na Langka (sweetened jackfruit) etc.
