Naem Maw refers to a specialty sausage from the North of Thailand which is prepared in a clay pot with a mixture of ground pork, pork rind and sticky rice, and seasoned by garlic and chili. Naem Maw is eaten raw (uncooked) since the mixture has been fermented to create a strong sour taste.
