Turo-turo is a Filipino term which refers to an eatery in which the pre-cooked foods are laid out, and chosen by pointing into it using the fingers before it is served.

It isl ike a fast food restaurants nowadays, the only difference is that in Turo-turo cooked food are all laid out for anyone to choose from. 

It is a kind of restaurant where one can point what he or she wants. Pre-cooked dishes are mostly laid out in pots and pans to see what is being offered for the day. Mostly traditional foods are offered in this kind of restaurant, such as Menudo, Adobo, Ginataan, Pritong Isda, Pritong Manok, Dinuguan, Ginisang Monggo, Pancit , etc, plus the rice. Many dishes to choose from.
