Sogan / Sogan is the Turkish word for "onion". Onions can be made into a soup called Sogan çorbasi in Turkish. Soganli Kuzu Yahnisi is Turkish lambstew with a lot of onions. Doner Kebab will never be the same with lots of chopped onions.
