Sua Araisa is "Rice Soup" in Samoa and is one of their typical desserts. This dessert is made of rice, coconut milk and sugar. Cooked the same as Koko Araisa, with the exception of cocoa.

This dessert is similar to Ginataang Mais which is made from grated young corn, rice and coconut milk, and sweetend with sugar, with the exception that Sua Araisa does not have corn as an ingredient
