Kesari Bath is a sweet delicacy of Karnataka and other southern states of India. It is made from Rava or Sooji as its main ingredient. Sugar, milk, ghee , saffron, and cardamom are also used. Kesari Bath is often a must for weddings and other functions in Karnataka. Kesari Bath can be garnished with fried raisins and is best when served hot.
