Punu Pua'atoro is crispy, salty and fatty like bacon or sausage, Punu Pua'atoro is certainly a healthiest option but it is widely enjoyed and deeply revered by the locals of French Polynesia. Although Punu Pua'atoro is one of the foods enjoyed very much in the island , it is only found most local households but not on restaurant menus.
