Prik Ki Nu Daeng Haeng mean "dried red birds eye chilis" in Thai. Prik Ki Nu Daeng Haeng should not be used as a substitute for fresh chilis, as it has not the same floral flavor as the fresh chilis.The dried chilis are commonly used to make roasted chili powder.
