Salmorejo refers to a typical Spanish dish , particularly from the Region of Cordoba which is a cold vegetable cream soup made of tomatoes, bread, virgin olive oil, garlic and salt. It is served generally with sprinkled with hard -boiled egg and Serrano Ham.
