Cannelli beans refers to a White kidney bean that is originally from Argentina. The cannelli bean has been adopted by Italy where it is found in many soups, stews and salads. It has a creamy texture and a milder taste than the red kidney bean.

Cha Gio are small rice papers filled with minced pork, crab, vermicelli, Moc Nhi, a kind of edible fungus , onion, mushrooms and egss and then fried until the rice paper turns crispy brown. Nem Rau are vegetable spring rolls.
