Sultana

Sultana refer to a golden colored, white grape raisins made from Sultana grapes and a name which is also given to white, seedless grapes of Turkish or Iranian origin.These grapes are larger than currants but smaller than regular raisins, known as Golden raisins. Sultanas are also referred to in America as Thompson Seedless which are enjoyed by many because of their extra sweet flavor.

Suluguni

Suluguni is the most widely used Georgian cheese. It is usually sold in large rounds up to a foot in diameter, but for special occassions it is prepared in a flat, individual disks which can be thinly rolled. Cheese is the essential ingredient for the famous Georgian bread Khachapuri. Mozarella is an adequate substitue for Suluguni.

Suman Kahoy, also known as Cassava Suman, is a traditional Filipino delicacy made from grated cassava (manioc), coconut milk, and sugar, wrapped in banana leaves, and then steamed or boiled. This dessert is a variation of the more general term "suman," which refers to a range of Filipino rice cakes made from glutinous rice and other ingredients, also wrapped and cooked in leaves. The term "kahoy" means "wood" in Tagalog, referring to the cassava's tree origin, distinguishing it from rice-based suman varieties.
