Lancashire Hot Pot refers to an English stew with lamb, onions, lamb kidneys, potatoes, and oysters. Lancashire Hot Pot is said to be one of English favorite foods.

Lane Cake refers to a specialty in the Southern United States; a yellow cake which is studded with or layered with coconut, dried fruit, or nuts and iced with white frosting.

Late Harvest is a wine term referring to an extremely sweet wine made from very ripe grapes or grapes that are left on the vine to become affected by botrytis and used for sweet dessert wine production. An example of a "late harvest wine" is Sauterne.

Laulau is a Hawaiian traditional foods wrapped or bundled in taro/ti leaves and steamed or baked in an earthen oven. It is usually made from pork or fisdhwith taro leaves, but also other combinations Lau Lau is pronounced "lauw-lauw".

Leitao Assado / Leitão Assado refers to Portugal's roast suckling pig that is flavored with various herbs. Leitao Assado is a speciality of Central Portugal.
