The food glossary +++ 'Xianrou', 'Xatò', 'Xerem'

Xiao long bao also called "soup dumpling" refers to a northern Chinese steamed pork dumpling with a smooth skin containing minced/ground pork and a small amount of soup. The dumplings (Xiao long bao) are often dipped into black vinegar and sliced ginger before eating.

Xampanyerie refer to Tapas bars in Barcelona which are  specializing in Cava, the sparkling wine of the region.

When an ox is slaughtered there are traditional regulations as to who gets which portion of meat.

Inguba - the meat between the intestines and the stomach wall is reserved for the elderly men;

Isibindi which is the "liver"  is only for young men; and

Irhorho  - the portion where the leg meets the body is for women.

Xhosa are the people living in south-east South Africa.

Xavier is referring to a soup or consommé thickened with arrowroot or rice flour.
Xa is a Vietnamese term for lemongrass
