Kisra one of the staple foods in South Sudan which is a pancake-bread made from sorghum flour. South Sudan is one of the the countries in Africa which is bordered by Sudan to the north, Ethiopia to the east, Kenya, Uganda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo to the south, and the Central African Republic to the west.

Kozhuva Achar is the Malayalam term for Pickled anchovies. It is made from fresh, cleaned and deboned Kozhuva (Anchovies) cooked/fried in coconut oil with lots of spices, such as mustard seeds (Kadugu/Kaduku), fenugeek, chili, onions and many more and of course Curry leaves. Kozhuva is also known in India as Netholi, Chooda and Podimeen.

Kelupis refers to a sticky rice steamed in a leaf. It is one of the specialties of Brunei. Brunei is one of the countries in Asia located on the northern coast of Borneo, the world's third-largest island. Food from Brunei is similar to Malay cuisine which is usually quite spicy. Among the favorite foods in the country include Satay, broiled fish, chicken barbecue and a variety of rice dishes.

Kapet is an Ilocano dish which is made of glutinous rice. It is similar to Tikoy or a Tikoy itself, but rolled with Latik. Tikoy is one of the popular Chinese foods introduced in the Philippines and has become one of Filipino sweets/desserts or snacks. Tikoy is made up of ground Malagkit (glutinous rice flour), wheat starch, lard, water, and sugar/condensed milk. It is a popular give away gift from the Chinese during the "Chinese New Year" in the Philippines in traditonal red boxes. Please see Tikoy and Latik
