Pastry Bag refers to a a cone-shaped bag with a hole at the narrow end. Decorative toppings, purées, etc., are squeezed through this hole. Food is placed into the large opening then squeezed out the small opening which may be fitted with a decorator tip. It has a variety of uses, including decorating cakes and cookies, forming pastries, or piping decorative edgings. Bags may be made of cloth, plastic, or other materials.

Peppered Beef refers to a term used to describe a beef that has been cured, smoked, coated, injected, etc., with pepper or similar spices and flavorings.

Perilla Sugar refers to an artificial sweetener used in Japan which is derived from the perilla plant. Perilla Sugar is not approved for use in the United States.

Piece de resistance refers to a culinary term classically used to describe the main dish of a meal, typically a large, decorated piece of meat, poultry, or game. Piece de resistance is the French term for "main entree " or "principal dish".

Pinkelwurst refers to a thick, foot-long German sausage made with beef fat, pork fat, onions, oat groats, water, and spices. It is typically cooked in water. Pinkelwurst is popularly known as Pinkel.

Polynesian Sausage refers to a variety of sausage that contains fruit juices, sugar or other sweetener, and soy sauce.
