Patlican Ve Kabak Kizartma

Patlican Ve Kabak Kizartma refers to a Turkish dish made of fried aubergine and fried zucchini mixed together and seasoned to taste. This dish is usually served as an appetizir and best eaten with Pide. This is one of my favorite vegetarian dish from Turkey, who can go wrong with eggplant and zucchini fried in olive oil. Simple and delicious meal.

Patna rice is a kind or rice whose name is derived from Patna in India. Patna is used to describe a variety of long grain rice from the Bihar region of India. It is one Patna is mildly flavored rice. It has a robust, long and narrow, opaque grain that keeps its shape well for curries. Basmati rice is closely related to the Patna rice but has a stronger aroma. Patna rice is the most esteemed in United Kingdon and the United States and is the highest priced rice in the grocery stores.

Pato No Tucup / Pato No Tucupi

Pato No Tucup (Duck in Tucupi) also called Pato No Tucupi refers to one of the popular foods in Northern Brazil. It is a stew made of duck boiled in manioc root broth; a duck cooked in manioc Extract with garlic and Jambu (Brazilian herb).

Pato No Tucupi is also one of the traditional foods during the Cirio de Nazare, Brazil's largest religious festival held annually uring the second Sunday of October.

Patola (Luffa cylindrica) one of the edible vegetables found in the Philippines which is a well known ingredient when cooking Misua, a kind of noodles sauteed mostly with Patola and Garlic, Onions, ground pork, or dried shrimps (Hibe). (Please see related article on Luffa).
